We are committed to designing products that help you live your best life, but if an item is not working for you, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return, an item must meet the following conditions:
- It has been less than 45 days since you purchased the item
- It is in its original, unused and unassembled condition, and it is in its original packaging complete with tags, instructions, and inserts.
- It has not been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.)
- It is not a clearance item
- It is an eligible return item. Items that are not eligible for return are specified on the product page under the description.
To begin the return process, email us at info@tealtriangle.com with your order number and what item(s) you want to return.
We'll provide a return label to ship your item back.

Step 1: Check to make sure your product meets the Conditions for Return:

Step 2: Email us at info@tealtriangle.com. Please include your order number and indicate what item(s) you want to return and why. We will provide you with your return shipping label.
Step 3: Use the shipping label provided and tape it to the box, dropping it off at your local FedEx Store.
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they meet the Conditions for Return, we'll credit your refund minus the original shipping charges (if applicable), to your original payment method. All returns are subject to our Terms of Use.
