We at Teal Triangle know you’ll love our products! We stand behind
them with a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you’re not
satisfied with your purchase, return it and we’ll refund the purchase
price of the items(s). Return shipping charges and restocking fees may
apply.
What if I want to return my item?
Step 1: Check to make sure your product meets the Conditions for Return:
- It has been less than 45 days since you purchased the item
- It is in its original, unused and unassembled condition, and it is in its original packaging complete with tags, instructions, and inserts.
- It has not been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.)
- It is not a clearance item
- It is an eligible return item. Items that are not eligible for return are specified on the product page under the description.
Step 2: Email us at info@tealtriangle.com. Please include your order number and indicate what item(s) you want to return and why. We will provide you with your return shipping label.
Step 3: Use the shipping label provided and tape it to the box, dropping it off at your local FedEx Store.
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they meet the Conditions for Return, we'll credit your refund minus the flat rate return to your original payment method. All returns are subject to our Terms of Use.
What can I expect for return fees?
We have a flat rate return which includes shipping and restocking, so there are no unpleasant surprises or additional charges from us.
What if I want to exchange my item?
The easiest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase following the return instructions above and then place a new order. This helps ensure that you are able to receive the product you want quickly!
When does my order ship?
Orders placed by 4pm ET will be processed for shipping that day.
Please note, if it is a pre-order item, it will process to ship as soon as it becomes available.
When will my order arrive?
Your order's arrival date depends on the method of shipping you select at checkout. When calculating your estimated order arrival, please consider only business days for shipping times. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not shipping days.
We strive to get your order to you within the estimated time frame seen during checkout; however, there are times when our shipping carriers experience unexpected delays or a higher than normal volume of packages (especially during the busy holiday shopping season). In these cases, we cannot guarantee our carriers' performance.
What are my shipping options?
We offer three different shipping options during checkout.
- Standard Economy Shipping
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx 2 Day.
When you select Standard Economy Shipping, your order may ship either FedEx or USPS.
Can I choose expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer FedEx 2 Day as an expedited shipping option.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
In most cases, we are able to ship items to P.O. Boxes, but we request that you contact us first with your requested order to confirm we can accommodate this. When shipping to a P.O.Box, we can only ship using USPS as a carrier.
